ARK Architecture and Structural Consultant came to life under the onus of Mr. Kunal Ravindra Ranjane, a visionary and a mentor who took the sheets of inspiration and folded them into a dream that never stopped soaring high.

Since 2012, ARK Consultant become a pioneer consulting firm, in the surrounding area that works on Residential, Industrial, and Commercial projects that come under the authority of MMRDA, MSRDC (SPA), CIDCO, the Town planning authority of Raigad, and some Municipal councils. The firm has witnessed a victorious stretch of over 10 years of infrastructure and engineering consulting.

We strive to create buildings that are not just things in themselves but serve as catalysts for positive urban and social change. ARK is aiming at nothing less than the sky with the newly acquired skills to develop ourselves.

Through effective communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, I ensure that project goals are met within budget and on schedule. With a commitment to excellence, my aim is to create architectural marvels that inspire and leave a lasting impact on the built environment.
